Any explanations? Are they not in D.C.? Will they say how they would have voted?

11. I remember Cantwell positively when I lived in WA State -- I pretty much have |

faith that she, Obama and Biden had good reason to abstain -- whether because they were unavailable, or if they felt it was ludicrous. It'll be inter sting to hear their reasons.
