Utterly clueless! She was talking about children being torn away from a bio parent because of being raised by a same sex couple ~~ guess this is where one partner has custody of bio children by a prior relationship.

So that is her reason for no allowing same sex marriage???? Unreal!

There is psychological parent visitation in California that applies to ANY step parent who has participated in the raising of a step child and with whom the child has bonded.

So....we already have that for same sex couples when they divorice a long time partner who has helped raised the children. Should that now be outlawed? In Calif it is considered in the best interests of the child to have continuing contact with someone who stood in place and stead of a parent even if not a bio parent.
