3. He did stop the confrontation - while answering the question MEYERS erratic
Edited on Thu Sep-20-07 06:31 PM by blm
behavior was ramped up and the cops changed their minds.

The female officer exaggerated her fear probably to match the exaggerated behavior Meyers chose to exhibit for the outcome he wanted for film footage.

I am certain Meyers would be a great representative for you and your issues if he ever runs for office.

I am sorry that Kerry only went to DC to become the lawmaker with the best record uncovering government corruption and advocating for open government issues. And one of the most famous dissenters in modern history.

11. What does the taser incident have to do with this thread?
How come *every* time someone posts something good a Democrat is doing, someone comes along and makes a snarky comment about an unrelated issue involving that Democrat?

Happened this morning on a thread about Conyers and the Jena incident. It seems to happen all the time.

Do you have some sort of agenda?

19. It does, doesn't it?
Ever notice how "incidents" involving Democrats seem to get blown out of proportion by the media too? And the timing is usually a great diversion from something the Repugs want to push through. Too bad Democrats don't learn from past experience. You'd think they would know better by now.

18. Thank you for adding to the topic with your insightful comments.
With some of the uniformed and ignorant comments floating around, it is refreshing to see an intelligent post that contributes to the discussion.

Well done. You can be proud.

4. These guys really put in long hours (much to my surprise). I've been just
sitting on my butt all day long watching all the goings-on, and I'm exhausted! Kudos to those on both sides of the aisle who care enough about issues to show up and express their views.

7. A reply to that post about a new senate leader.
The way he has turned around, I think he would also be a good one.

9. Kerry's behavior seems erratic. Can I tase him?
I really think he's acting obnoxiously. I also understand he has a web page. Where are the Capital police when you need them?

15. Before or after he votes
no on the condemnation of MoveOn
and for the Feingold Amendment that includes a provision to cut funding for the war in March of 08?

Just so we know.
