I'm scratching my head at Clinton's explanation about why Congress
is doing what it's doing. He says they are sleep deprived. This was on the Daily Show. So according to Bill Clinton, he hinted that all our problems could be solved with Congressmen and Senators getting a nap every day?

I dunno. I would say partisan politics and corruption are sort of up there alongside the sleep deprivation.

2. They just had a long vacation for Christ's sake.
I guess there really is no rest for the wicked. Anyway, I do agree with him that Congress should be put under. :)

8. hum... I wonder who is in charge of the legislative process...
... hum... I could swear that it was THE FUCKING CONGRESS AND THE SENATE.

If it is such a crappy system for their "work ethic and sleep patterns" I am sure they would have voted to change it eons ago.

Yes, that is the ticket... the Dems reaaaaaally wanted to vote against the war and the spy programmes, they were just too tired to know which button to press. Booohooohoooooo.

Yes the system sucks, but don't try to excuse the culprits... they are not the victims. They are actually the ones with the power to introduce changes, imagine that. And it is the population who is supposed to feel sorry or guilty about it?

Stick it Clinton. The country is in flames, and all you had to say was shit to sell your NGO work to bolster your speaking fees, say how wonderful your wife is (I wonder how many hours together they must have spent in the past couple of years, 5 or 6 maybe?), and how tired them poor congress critters are.

Anyhow, I am glad he is looking good... the past 6 years have been hell on a lot of us. But I am glad that at least someone is having a terrific time. Don't forget to say hello to Barbara next time you have a round of golf with Poppy Bush.

9. Same old, same old. He's so charming that he can say just about any shit,
no matter how nonsensical, and 3/4 of the Democrats and 1/3 of the Republiks will just nod their heads and go along.

10. Bill has been hangin' around with Pop Bush way too long.
He is gettin' senile.

Most of Congress is oxygen deprived, Their grey cells aren't functioning and their spines are weak.
