No matter which way you look at it, or what a person chooses to believe, it is appalling that he couldn't/wouldn't answer the question. If he really doesn't know the answer, he is not doing his job, and shows he is incompetent. He is after all the Commander in Chief. Shouldn't the commander be aware of the make-up of his troops?
If he does know the answer, then he once again lied in public.
Either way his use of humor to dodge the question is inappropriate. It was a serious question, and one that deserved more respect.
The lying weasel is the joke, and one no funnier than his handling of this young woman's question.

BlackWater is a bunch of US military trained, ex-special forces soldiers, that serve as hired mercenaries. The US government can't be held accountable for the rogue actions of contractors acting independently of the military.
I would expect little george to get a hefty kick-back from BlackWater after he leaves office.
