in FEMA trailors and why the f#ck are they being told to evacuate -- and to where?

In 1968 I visited El Salvador for a month. There was a large encampment of earthquake victims across the road from my cousin's place. They had been there for years. I couldn't believe those people were still there, camping. Of course, I was 11 at the time.

But, you know, we're there. :grr:
