Enemy, what enemy? War on terror, what war?

You must be kidding me or I may have simply fallen this morning and hit my head hard enough to see visions of the unbelievable. The terrorism money laundering capital of the world is going to own a huge chunk of Nasdaq:

"In a complex set of transactions, Dubai is moving to acquire 19.9 percent of the Nasdaq in New York, placing the Arab government in an ownership position of the key U.S. stock exchange and raising concerns in Congress.

As a result of the transaction, Dubai also will acquire 28 percent of the London Stock Exchange, one of the oldest and largest in the world. The transaction is being made through Borse Dubai, a holding company 100-percent owned by the government of the Emirate of Dubai and controlled by Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, the head of the Dubai ruling family."

The right wing is strangely silent on this matter, because clearly nations who had nothing to do with the attacks on our nation on September 11, 2001 (Iraq and now Iran) are the enemy, while countries that provided financing for the terrorists, training for the terrorists, and a safe-haven for the terrorists (Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Pakistan) are all good pals. What planet are we on? Call me old fashioned, but this is treason at every level. Imagine if during WWII we gave Germany control of our stock exchange. While Dubai did not attack us as a formal government, they financed the attack and continue to finance and launder the money of terrorists, arms dealers, and drug kings.

1. We're letting them buy the NASDAQ over there so that we don't have to let them buy it here.
Or something.
