The subscription service she is talking about is the Foreign Broadcast Information Service (FBIS) now the Open Source Center, you have to be one of these things to get an account with them, U.S. Government Employee, State and Local Government Employee, State and Local Government Contractor, BBC Monitoring Employee, Foreign Liaison with U.S. Government.

I don't doubt that she is doing this, but it's highly likely that she has a background in the intelligence community that the story doesn't talk about. Any way, I'm gonna say it's bunk and call it propaganda.
