Well, that settles it: Bill Kristol calls for Ahmadinejad boycott at Columbia
Ever helpful Bill Kristol tells Columbia students what to do. If this is what Kristol recommends, then I hope the place is packed. The insane little twerp (hey, maybe he and Ahmadinejad are mirror images of each other. They both have the creepiest constant smiles I can think of). Besides, it would be interesting to hear Ahmadinejad before his country is levelled by Bush, which is coming just as sure as the invasion of Iraq was on its way in 2002:

"There might be one form of protest that would be effective both in showing appropriate disgust for the Iranian regime, and in shaming the Columbia administration: A total student boycott of Ahmadinejad's speech. Let the Iranian president (and the Columbia president) look out on, and speak to, a sea of empty seats on Monday." http://www.weeklystandard.com/Content/Public/Articles/000/000/014/133puqpb.asp

2. You know, the faux moral outrage is giving that whackjob Ahmadinejad what he wants
Free advertising.

If Ahmadinejad would have showed up, and the RW Cheerleaders put down their pom poms for a second, no one would have noticed.

5. I like it - instead of a boycott, cheerleaders, break dancers - greet him with Western decadence
Really crowd the place, maybe play some disco, a couple photos of him with a few showgirls to send to the folks back home - do it up right. A Mel Brooks approach.
