When he was sentenced, we all rejoiced at the opportunity to "out" dozens of crooked GOP malfeasors. Frankly, there's been very little hoopla about the fall-out lately. Has ANYONE gone down? Are there any Repukes in the line of fire...other than Ted Stevens?

I am absolutely astounded that each and every investigation of the corrupt Republic Party leads nowhere, though the evidence is certainly on the table to take them down, one crook at a time.

Is our system so flawed so as to permit our Congressmen to evade the law under the watchful gaze of 300 million people? Are the American people so partisan and so apathetic so as to allow this travesty of truth and justice to prevail?

And are we so arrogant as to think that our brand of "freedom" is something that our global neighbors would ASPIRE to reach?

What a friggin' joke.
