Did anyone hear the climate change scientist on NPR today? Terri Gross |

I almost wish I hadn't heard it .It may have been the most depressing commentary I've ever been subjected to.
Imagine a still chipper climate guy talking about losing Arctic ice this year that is the size of Texas and California COMBINED. The death of the Polar bears. The opening of the Northwest passage. The "death spiral" of climate change. Arctic ice gone by 2030. The fact that the ice loss this year superseded any model a huge percentage.
Oh. My. God.

when the camera is working, you can watch the ice disappear at the north pole cam. past week, NO ICE! santa probably drowned.
