Loving the fetus yet hating the child
---

Again, Bush is thwarting the will of the people.
This is a bill that gives a hand to the working middle/poor of our country.
A group that the Repubs feel the need to defend and offend themselves against, time after time.

"Pro-Family"?...yeah right.

Bush: Kids' health care will get vetoed

By JENNIFER LOVEN, Associated Press Writer 59 minutes ago

WASHINGTON - President Bush again called Democrats "irresponsible" on Saturday for pushing an expansion he opposes to a children's health insurance program.

"Democrats in Congress have decided to pass a bill they know will be vetoed," Bush said of the measure that draws significant bipartisan support, repeating in his weekly radio address an accusation he made earlier in the week. "Members of Congress are risking health coverage for poor children purely to make a political point."

In the Democrat's response, also broadcast Saturday, Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell turned the tables on the president, saying that if Bush doesn't sign the bill, 15 states will have no funding left for the program by the end of the month.

At issue is the Children's Health Insurance Program, a state-federal program that subsidizes health coverage for low-income people, mostly children, in families that earn too much to qualify for Medicaid, but not enough to afford private coverage. It expires Sept. 30.

2. It's 'hard' work to come up with $500,000.00/minute for the war
and have anything left over for American children in need! :sarcasm:

3. They hate the mothers too...
Who coined the phrase "Welfare Moms"? The Republicans.

When you're pregnant--you are catered to and taken under their wing,
as if you are the most precious angel who has ever lived. Why...you
are carrying life!

However, after the baby is born and you are officially a "single mom"
who may need assistance from the government--you are a lazy, good-for-nothing
slob who can't cash her government checks fast enough--to buy crack and
lottery tickets.

These bastards have vilified moms on welfare for decades now--even suggesting
that welfare moms are the reason for huge deficits.

They love the moms just long enough to convince them, "You can do this!!! You
can have a baby!!", then they abandon you, rip you to shreds and support politicians
who will make your life miserable.

5. I'll go one better: They hate women. Period.
The Focus On The Fetus Program talks endlessly about the beautiful children being "murdered in their mother's wombs".

What isn't be said is that women should not:
1) enjoy sex and have orgasms,
2) have sex period unless they're married, and
3) have sex unless it's with the express purpose to produce a child which will take up 95% of the waking hours of the woman and this child will be raised a god-fearing christian.
