1. Doing my bit.

I'm lighting a candle and meditating. I'm visualizing Mrs. OMC getting better and better. I am visualizing her fever going down, her breathing is getting better. She is breathing better and color is coming back into her face. She will stop feeling nauseaous as her breathing gets better. I will be visualizing this over and over again as I go through my routines. I will be praying that the medicine spirits surround her with healing light while I do this. When she is better I will be visualizing her getting up and walking around, eating something and feeling much better. If we all join together and *see* in our minds Mrs. OMC healing and feeling better, it will give her a fighting chance.

being here, sending healing out to OMC and Stacey, not wanting to take from their healing energy, though needing some too, THAT is the greatest of giving, healing energy.

i think that they would agree that they are made more well in your receiving through them.
