CNN QuickVote: Do you think the Bush administration is spoiling for war with Iran?
77% YES
23% NO

People get it. Cheney is so busted on this issue. Not to say it makes a rat's ass to him.

4. Sure I believe they're spoiling for a war with Iran
I just don't believe that this time they will get their wish.

People have become just a little wary of Cheneybush and both their
"noble" intentions regarding foreign policy, as well as their incompetence
in carrying out that policy. They may have been emboldened by incautious
statements by the French foreign minister, but make no mistake, Europe will
not follow us into an attack on Iran unless Iran explodes an A-bomb and load
one on top of a missile capable of hitting Israel on CNN.

We dopn't have the personnel, we don't have the money, and we will have no
allies except maybe some nurses from Brisbane and three caterers from Lithuania.
Plus, we would immediately extinguish the fierce opposition to the hard-line
conservatives currently running Iran. The Iranian opposition in opposed to their
regime more than anything except an attack from the USA. We should not misinterpret
their patriotism any more than the Republicans should misinterpret ours. Just because
we disdain the corrupt incompetentsnow in power does not mean we would welcome the
next round of 9/11. The same would happen with Iran's opposition.

I think that there would be some serious muntiny in the armed forces if Cheneybush
decided on their own to attack Iran without direct provocation, and nut cases that they
might be, the Iranian leadership is clever enough not to hand it to Cheneybush on a
silver platter.

7. new poll question now
asking if Ahmadinejad should speak at Columbia

I replied YES, we have enough enemies, why not let this man speak or even visit Ground Zero, what makes people think only Americans were killed on 9/11.
