In solidarity with my brothers and sisters in the UAW I have changed my avatar to the UNION YES. I will leave it up for the duration of the strike.

I'm doing this in honor of my Dad, the hardest working, most honest man I know - 42 years and counting with UAW.

8. To make this change in 3 easy steps:

Select "Options" from the buttons at the top of any DU page.
Select "Preferences" from the list on the left.
Erase your old choice and type "union.gif" into the box where your current avatar is named without the quotes.

That skinny black cat of mine is there because so MANY of us all are "living skinny" (that means doing without, for those who don't know.) Not everyone CAN be organized and not everyone ever will be. It is s shame and a sin, but I'm telling you that there are a lot of places in this world where right now Union is not an option for the people who work there. THOSE are the people I carry that black cat for.

I carry that solidarity fist for the UAW and now, the Teamsters who are supporting the UAW!
