apparently at the behest of the Bush Regime, told some Congressional committees that they had information that an attack on the Capitol was imminent. They were told this on the day they were to vote on the FISA amendment that allowed even more secret wiretapping.
The information was unsubstantiated, of course.

on PBS and expected to see numerous threads about it and nada! That's no small story, when not only the White House lied about the threat, but the intell. did too in order to get a bill passed. That's one humongous no-no.
