I was just watching Olberman's show, a clip showing Diane Feinstein and Mike McConnell, regarding FISA. McConnell refused to answer a question of hers because, and I'm paraphrasing, he couldn't get into an Article 1 versus Article 2 issue, in other words, the balance of powers wasn't his concern.
Didn't McConnell take an oath to uphold the constitution? If so, he just admitted publicly that he will not uphold it, therefore he's in obvious violation of his oath of office.
I guess oaths of office are truly ceremonial these days.
(I'd like to thank MSNBC for making their channel available again to those of us that have C-Band "big dish" TV)
