It doesn't matter WHAT we talk about here or what the MSM says. The kind of people, both on the streets and in the WH, who think that war is a good option to distract the country or make our point are going to think it no matter what. They will FIND 'reasons' to go to war.

BUT...it worked so well in the lead up to the Iraq war because more Americans were fired up to DO something about 9/11. They wanted to go bomb the shit out of SOMEBODY and Iraq worked for them. So they chose to believe everything they were told.

I don't think it is going to be so easy this time around. I don't think that the right is going to get as fired up to go to war. They might get fired up to hate Ahmadinejad, but I am not sure that this will lead to war this time around.

According to this poll, support for military action is actually LESS now than it was several months ago.
