Thank You Media Matters
Edited on Wed Sep-26-07 10:10 AM by Pawel K
I just wanted to take a moment to thank media matters and all their contributors for all their hard work and dedication. I personally became a democrat in 2004 thanks to this wonderful organization but more importantly I think they are the most important organization to change this country for the better quicker than anyone else can do it. With every new reader they get that is one more person that sees the corporate media for what they really are, republican shills. I think their effect on our media is already noticeable and will become a lot more evident in the coming years as they gain more and more exposure.

Keep doing what you guys are doing, you are on the front lines in defense of our country and I solute you for it. :patriot:

1. Media Matters does solid work
What strikes me about how they present their analysis is that there is some actual analysis involved - unlike, say, Conservative Media criticism which is basically "Look everybody knows the media is biased to the left! Just trust us."

3. What amuses me is O'Lielys constant bullshit about them
He keeps saying the same thing, they are just a smear web site that take me out of context. When the fact is they have audio and video clips of what he said, entire transcripts, and absolutely none of their own opinions injected in to the analysis, just pure facts.

4. I can't figure out why MSNBC doesn't use Media Matters for
a weekly show. I would prefer five days a week but would settle for a Sunday roundup.
