The only answer to our health care nightmare is, in my opinion, a single-payer, national system. It is the only way to drive down costs, by eliminating the middle-men. I am dismayed that Clinton and Edwards are not for that, but rather keeping basically the same system but allowing people to buy into medicare. This will not drive down costs and that may make it impossible to cover everyone. Are any candidates with me on this?
