4. and that's as close as most Americans will get to it |
|
Pictures of someone else's pain and suffering... a feast to feed upon
never knowing..never really understanding
just pictures they can feel bad about
Does it really bring it home for people?
Because I'm not seeing it...I'm not feeling it
My family and so many others like mine are out there in the cold...
used..one way or another..by one group or another....just used
and for what? Lies...greed....power grabs
all for nothing

8. As a father of a two year old, the pic of the child on the bed |
|
Tore my heart out. I'm in my office crying, partially in sadness and partially in anger.
To see that young man, clutching a photo of what appears to be his father, should make anyone with any amount of intelligence or compassion outraged that we are continuing our presence and Iraq and building up for a go at Iran. It's outrageous. My god, what are we doing to this country and our children?!

9. The whole photo essay was heart-wrenching. I was really moved |
|
by the empty seats with all the used, tear-filled tissues. I don't know why, but that just tore me up.
