Would the FBI sit idle while a crime was being committed?
Okay, maybe that's the wrong question to ask, but, here's the scenario:

Let's say that you lived in the heart of a red county, and you know the locals are not known for playing fair. So, let's say that they're using their good ole boy networks to keep an eye out for anyone that might cause them trouble. Their eyes and ears would be someone monitoring mail coming in or out; or someone monitoring e-mail at the server level. These are just examples. And let's say that someone was a thorn at their side and they decided to play some dirty tricks on them. If the FBI picked up conversations from them setting something up like, interference of business or a potential break in, or some other kind of harrassment via the phone, how should the FBI respond? And how do you think they'll respond?

So yes.

7. Do you think then, maybe, there should be a number we could call that
we could count on, since it's obvious that our civil rights and, perhaps, more, would be violated, and because we can't count on 911 nor the FBI to do anything more than to stall?

For example, I know a friend who worked for Amnesty International, and they gave her a phone number to call because she couldn't rely on the police in her area.

in the Guardian. Very similar and the same issues which are in her book.

23. Then maybe we need to make contacts with Amnesty International.
Think about it. If the Southern gentlemen in the local areas have been enjoying covert control of local areas through fear and inimidation for years, and then they've been given information on their neighbors based on the Patriot Act mining, who is going to stop them when they abuse that power? Everything about the status quo, criminal justice system, is about protecting these Southern gentlemen, at all cost.

So, I suggest we start establishing relationships with people we can count on to help us if we become victims of fascist activity in America. Amnesty International would be tops on my list as an ally.

31. Man...do I think you are right.
I do believe that local law enforcement is accessing information that only the Feds are supposed to have (In contradiction of the forth amendment). In fact, I am sure of it. All of the glorious terra fighting enactments are being utilized by the local municipalities. There doesn't even have to be a "terrorist" threat, as the country was spoon-fed. These convenient abuses of privacy are being used to indict American citizens.

34. Exactly.
We have a right to freedom of speech and a right to privacy. But, when all signs indicate that our privacy has been breached, and our speech is being monitored, how much longer before their dirty tricks begin? And when that happens, we can't count on the normal avenues, because they've already been corrupted or infiltrated.

I doubt they are even watching such a place. I would imagine that their focus is on areas that have many activists and/or Islamic peoples.

Small town politics can be the nastiest there is. The good-ole-boys reserve the right to ruin anyone that they see as a threat, It will never change.

If we can't find relief at the local level, how are we going to fix it at the federal level?

11. I live in a place like that
And I am pretty sure that if I put my DU sticker on my car I would be stopped by the cops five times a day. The local police in nearly all small towns are the enforcement arm of the network and they vote republican.

There are few things more entrenched than a small town sheriff. They can make you disappear, into a hole or prison. Fighting corruption in small town America can be very dangerous.

4. I imagine it's getting more and more difficult to find an honest FBI agent
(by the way, I mean relatively-speaking, not a Loyal Bushie willing to sell out 225 years of Old America, their bosses have but to ask)

and every other organization in history that has ever been purged of it's honest, capable people to ut in loyal Party Hacks or inthe case of Bushies, MUCH worse.

As time goes by, the number of FBI Agents who would sit idly by while Bushies commit crimes will be approaching 100%.

Unless we stop them from their destruction of America, now well along to completion.

17. I've written, faxed, called many times over on the Sibel case.
If their response on that is any indication, they don't respond to public pressure. It would take someone in the media willing to make it an issue publicly and good luck with that.

20. DeBushification, in the absence of clear Nazi-type evil
is a tough call, indeed.

In practice, in is not feasible, not unless you want to escalate to Civil War immediately: Bushies vs. Americans.

Getting rid of people for their views alone, in the absence of criminal activity (and pletny of Bushies can be gotten rid of this way, since they are as uniform a group in terms of criminality and fraudulence, as the Nazis were (and yes, there were some very few un-criminal Nazis, so there must be some Bushies likethat, too, just not that many), in heinous and unAmerican.

But like the Nazis, the Bushies have evinced a design repeatedly which leads to the destruction of freedom, democracy, and simple human decency, like the Nazis before them.

I don't have an answer for this question, so I won't wonder if and until (a very small chance, if history is any judge) that Americans can defeat the Bushies and save Liberty.

Then we can wonder if DeBushification, like DeNazification before it, is just. Sadly, that will rest on the remaining evil the Bushies perpetrate during their Penulimate and Final Solution Phases.

21. Did you say you went to a BUSHIE with your concerns?!?
A United States Attorney, which aside from being an incorrect name for such a criminal appointed to a position of power by criminals, is a creature of the Bushies and not the Law.

Like a Black man in the 50s in the South bringing evidence of KKK criminality to a local sherrif and KKK member, all you have done is put yourself on The Bushie List of Traitors to America.

Like the Nazis before them, Bushies view themselves as indistinguishable from America, as we all have seen and heard these past years. Sadly, by giving your information to a Bushie, you have not advanced the cause of justice nor the chance that your case will be exposed, I believe.

You have added yourself to the Bushie/KKK/Nazi enemies' list.

I am not trying to discourage you from doing what you have done, nor ridicule you for doing it. neither would I have ridiculed the Black man going with his evidence to the crooked KKK-friendly sheriff.

But you should know that you are now on the Bushie/KKK radar, on their list to be rounded up, if they are keeping such anywhere but their diseased minds right now, and that is never a good thing.

Or what about contacting Jimmy Carter and explaining our plight? Maybe he can come up with an organization of retired progressive lawyers and law enforcement agents that can be counted on to help?

27. That would be that place to go to preserve the evidence.
Don't give any "only copies" or originals to Bushies. Unfortunately, that is the paradox of a nation which is rotting from the inside out and the head down.

Who do you give it to?

Maybe you give it to the Good Guys (Amnesty, etc.), make copies, then give the evidence to the Buhsie FBI as you would a normal FBI. Then when they "lose" the evidence or "mistakenly destroy" it, you have copies to back up your assertions.

Yeah, like that would work against the Bushstapo.
