since we're in an 'occupation' not a war there. The 'as he (*) determines' language also in the AUMF violates the Constitution and the phony WMD pretext violates the embedded War Powers Resolution of '73. Clearly, the WPA was violated with no 'clear', read truthful, 'situation' or 'circumstance' in Iraq in the first place.

Constitutionally, Congress is more than co-equal w/ * on war making.

That the man can still talk with his mouth full Bush's ass!!!!!! As a person who has lived in Virginia since 2005 I am so glad that Mr. Elizabeth Taylor has decided to retire, maybe him and Macaca Allen can go into business together.
