In some important ways, Governor (Never-Fairly-Elected President) George Walker Bush is a lot like disgraced football and media star O.J. Simpson.



The guy has the same sense of befuddledness.

The guy goes around thinking like there’s nothing wrong.

The guy believes that whatever has happened is not his fault.

He goes around saying, somehow believing, that he’s going to find the real killers — "Wait until Gen. David Petraeus gives us the report. Then, I’ll know what to do." WTF? Who's the Boss?

So. Yeah.

OJ may or many not be guilty. I don’t know. What I do know is George W Bush:

• Is responsible for killing a million innocent people.

• Allowed at least 1,000 residents of a major U.S. city to drown.

• Ignored warnings of an impending terrorist attack, telling a CIA briefer, “All right, you’ve covered your ass now.”

• Privatized government and near-bankrupted the U.S. Treasury, emptying it into the pockets of his cronies, campaign contributors and unctuous corporations.

• Almost wrecked the United States Army and Marine Corps for no reasons of national security.

• Outted a CIA agent and her organization in order to spread fear and stop whistleblowers from exposing the Big Lies leading to a disastrous war and occupation.

• Thoroughly trashed the Constitution of the United States, to shred the Bill of Rights and to consolidate dictatorial “unitary-executive” powers in his office.

There's more. All that should be front-page news. Where is it?
