Giuliani has just admitted he stopped doing the dreaded comb over to cover his bald pate because of 9/11. He recently told NBC's Tim Russert in a powerful and frank interview, "After 9/11, I knew I would be down at Ground Zero more often and just couldn't have those loose locks of hair blowing in my face and obstructing my vision while helping all the emergency personnel I so deeply admire. Also, the longer strands keep getting stuck in the elastic band of my mask and removing them hurt like hell."

When Rudy told Russert this amazing fact, Russert's eyes were filled with tears and he thanked Rudy for not only his sacrifice, but also his candor.
