Future Headline: Second coming of Clinton takes oath of office
Now matter how many people think Hillary has personal image
problems, questionable finances, or various other cracks in
the veneer,
she is probably going to be our Democratic Presidential
candidate.
After the years of horrors this country has suffered at the
hands
of the Bush military administration, how much worse could
anything
or anyone be as our president?

1. We, The People, deserve much better than re-treads of political royalty.

2. My feelings as well...
Plus, I'm resoundingly amused by people who already believe her to be a shoe in.

There is still so much time between now and then.

5. Re-treads of of nonpolitical royalty
I think the people deserve much better than the re-treads of
nonpolitical royalty.

9. Sinking boat scenario
Who honestly believes that 300 million people on a sinking
boat
are going to be afraid to grab on to one that looks solid,
even
from a great distance? Especially when that boat may be
carrying
the hopes of America upon it.

13. Well I promise you that 300 million people won't vote
There are throngs and throngs of people that just are too lazy or ignorant or both to get out and vote. I know too many. I can also say that most of the ones that don't go vote, are Dems. A good percentage of your 300 million people will support the repuke candidate, so don't count your votes too fast.

15. 300 million won't vote
NO, 300 million people won't vote, they will just have to live
with the decisions of the 100 million or so that DO vote for
years to come.

HAS SHE WON THE NOMINATION??

Until then, STOP the "inevitability" threads!

12. Still a free country - so far

The last time I checked, this was still a free country, even
if Bush is still president!

18. This country hasn't been free since Corporate Personhood took effect.
They run everything - religion, politics, business, even the electorate. Pro-corporate candidates are stacked on BOTH sides of the fence, and their media will laud them to heaven and marginalize those candidates against their agenda.

It will require a multi-million person bloodbath to stop the wealthy and their steamrolling of humanity at this point. If everyone wants a candidate that is simply going to be business as usual, I don't know what to tell anyone. Screw me for wanting real change, I guess. We're still not learned enough to take real chances.

Inevitability is only possible if you choose it.

Joe Biden is whom they FEAR!

17. Yes, if they think our mild barbs are mean-spirited, I suggest that NOBODY knows
how to hate as good and as thorough as the republicans when they're "on a tear." :wow:

To add insult to injury, the now compliant to HRC media will chime in with the republicans ... it would be a political blood-bath.

Or How To Detect Irony...

21. Which link would that be?
Perhaps it's the "missing link" which would explain
the lack of irony
and everything else not expressed in black & white.
