I think it is getting slammed with traffic now that Randi is plugging it.

1. Gore has no intention of running. Whats the point?
There might as well be a draftfdr.com page, because he ain't gonna run, either.

5. server @ libertyconcepts.com is not responding. Sounds like another
case of incompetent management at a niche service.

Oh, there it is.

Draft Gore Surge: 7,000 Signatures Today - 9/27/2007

Draft Gore Petition Now Over 120,00 Signatures — 7,000 of Them in One Day

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sept. 27 -- Americans across the nation are rallying around a potential Al Gore candidacy by signing the Draft Gore petition in record numbers. Thousands have volunteered to walk the streets and donate to a campaign to propel the former Vice President into the Democratic nomination for President. Donations have also surged on Thursday.

After a call to action from radio talk show host Randi Rhodes, Americans by the thousands pledged their support to Gore, whose popularity has snowballed in recent years, both as a result of his high-profile campaign to raise awareness about global climate change and his vocal and courageous opposition to the Bush administration's disastrous policies at home and abroad.

These record numbers registered today demonstrate the breadth and depth of support Al Gore enjoys among the core base of the Democratic constituency. These supporters would propel him to front-runner status overnight should he declare his candidacy for 2008.

The Draft Gore petition now numbers more than 120,000 signatures.
