Bush wants to take Fox to court over language
The bush administration is taking Fox News to court over the use of "Fu*k and Shit" by Nicole Ritchie in a news cast on Fox. It has already been ruled in Fox's favor, that they could not expect the language to be expected. And that the language is used in every day speech. The administration is taking the case to the Supreme Court. And of course we all know Alito and Roberts along with Scaila and Thomas will rule in bush's favor.

This is an attempt to control cable. The bushies have complete control of the network and now want to censure and control what we have on cable. Next they will start to want to be able to tell us what type of movies we see and what the content of those movies and TV shows will be. You know they are not worried about Fox, they are just using this for control. And I think Fox allowed it, so bush could get his foot in the door of cable.

1. Got a link?
This is not only a gift from Fox to Bush, it'll also allow Fox to disingenuously assert that they're not always in line with the administration.

said by Stephanie Kirchgaessner from Washington. Don't know if it was WAsington Post or the Times.

2. New programs are legally and constitutionally exempt from obscenity rules. But then again...

Fox Noise Channel isn't "news."
