New suspect named in murder investigation of Navarro County girl

The Navarro County Sheriff's office has a new prime suspect in the murder investigation of 6-year-old Hannah Mack.

Investigators say DNA results confirmed through the Waco DPS crime lab point to a man who lived less than a mile away from Mack in Navarro Mills Lake. It’s been more than two weeks since the violent death of Hannah Mack.

The 6-year-old was found hanging from the rafters inside her family's garage, setting off an investigation that's just now seeing some definite results.

Cause I imagine the penalty for that sort of crime is very stiff, and could include the death penalty.
