GIULIANI's Top Fundraiser - SOLE Backer Of California Electoral Vote Initiative

Rudy’s top fundraiser sole backer of California electoral vote initiative
MOUTH EXCLUSIVE: CALIFORNIA MONEYMAN UNMASKED

Rudy Giuliani’s top fundraiser, hedge fund giant Paul Singer, revealed himself today as the sole financial backer of a stalled ballot drive to turn California into a motherlode of Republican votes in 2008.

Singer’s disclosure, made in a statement to The Daily News, came a day after Republican operatives in the Golden State announced they were halting their ballot effort, in part because they were unsure of their own funders’ identity.

The group, Californians for Equal Representation, had received exactly one donation for $175,000, from a mysterious, Missouri-based corporation identified only as Take Initiative America.

The lack of specifics left organizers in California open to allegations they had something to hide, and several — among them lead lawyer Tom Hiltachk and spokesman Kevin Eckery — resigned Thursday rather than defend the arrangement.

1. I am telling you.....rove and his bunch
are behind the scenes thinking up ways to pull more of his filthy sewer hatched schemes to steal elections. There will never be another person who has performed more treasonous acts than this bottom of the rotten apple barrel. Evil oozes from him.

2. On One Hand I'm Surprised They Gave Up
On the other hand I'm not surprised that even a GOOPER can understand that such rank gaming of the sytem would be intolerable...

Plus it's unconstitutional; only state legislatures get to determine how Electoral College votes are delegated...

4. So do I. If Hillary or Obama is our candidate, I the Republicans will steal
it and the media-whore talking heads will blather on that "America wasn't ready for" a woman or, as the case may be, an African American.

I am in no way suggesting this as a reason not to support either of them, since the corporate media will come up with some lame excuse to explain away the third stolen presidential election no matter who we choose.

In the last debate, the Pigman of NBC, who did not have enough time to ask about global warming, the fall of the Dollar, or other vital issues facing the nation, asked John Edwards about his haircut. The die is cast. The corporate media will do anything it can to help the Republicans fix the next election.
