The Supreme Court Will Decide If Lethal Injection Violates The Eighth Amendment
Edited on Sat Sep-29-07 06:59 PM by DemocratSinceBirth
I was watching NBC News and Brian Williams made it sound as if there is a question how they will decide...

As we all know five beats four or six beats three and the constitutionality of lethal injection will be upheld...

2. They'd probably prefer we brought back the
guillotine or the electric chair. Those are soooo humane!:sarcasm:

5. The electric chair is too 20th century for this court. They are trying to carry us back
further than that.

Maybe the guillotine...

7. Given the composition of the current court, I guess
burning at the stake will become the preferred method of execution in the United States.
