Who are the nine Republicans in the House and three in the Senate who plan to retire?

I saw this in the article below over at Huffington Post. The first thing that came to mind was that they were going to retire because they might be at the top of Larry Flint's hit list of moral hypocrites. I would be curious to see their names and see if they seem like a fit for being moral hypocrites or if I am just jumping to conclusions.

Additionally, nine Republicans in the House and three in the Senate have announced plans to retire. Some of those leaving are in mid-career, when a departure often signals pessimism about the prospects for regaining the majority. Democratic retirements total two to date _ both are House members who are running for the Senate.

As to your actual question, I have been wondering the same thing: who is retiring, and who beside that is extremely vulnerable by now? I don't know.

I'll believe it when I see it, but if I remember correctly it's because he says he's fulfilling a campaign pledge.
