So, according to him, the good of the country is WAY down the priority, because what matters is that he was HELD ACCOUNTABLE for sexual harrassment.

Just to spell it out MORE for you, tomorrow, beginning with GMA (I guess I'll have to spell THAT out for you), TOO, ABC will be running interviews with Clarence THOMAS ------ALL fucking day long, O.K.?!1

17. Pot meet Kettle
I did not detect hostility in the other poster's question. But, in your answer, there appears to be enough hostility to fire a life long vendetta.

5. During Clarence Thomas confirmation for a supreme court judge
Anita Hill who was a professor or something like that, who used to work in the same office with him, came forward. She told about his sexual harassment. She said he used to photo copy his penis and shop it around to the women in the office. And I suppose she wasn't' the only one he might have harassed but she was the only one who came forward.

Congress shredded her. She wouldn't back down. But the confirmed Thomas anyway. That was the good old boy's club. The senate as much as said she was lying and they believed him. Of course the country didn't believe him, but as per usual we don't have a say in what the our lawmakers do.

19. Biden did the dirty to the lawyers for Anita Hill and the many other witnesses . . ..
Edited on Sun Sep-30-07 10:31 PM by defendandprotect
who would have testified to Clarence's perversions readily seen at the EEOC --

They were scheduled and Biden betrayed them all -- and the nation!!!!!

Biden has never been held accountable for this -- except in the book about the Hearings --
"Strange Justice."

12. I have always hoped that some one other than Hill would have
come forward and exposed his lies. I always thought he was guilty and should be removed as a judge. There was no reason for Hill to lie but a lot of reason for him to lie.

that man has no business being a judge, period - let alone a Supreme Court judge. He is Scalia's tool and nothing more, a complete hack.

21. There were many witnesses who came forward --
One prominent one -- Angela something who worked at the EEOC --
a speechwriter who was in the hospital at the time of the Hearings was willing to testify --
and at least six other former EEOC employees who were aware of and had witnessed Clarence's perversions --

Thomas has no business being a Supreme Court justice and I want to see Anita Hill vindicated!
