Also There was a post that talked of a letter by Sen. Reid--he was circulating. Something about writing to Clear Channel to condemn the Rush statements.
But I can not find it.


Also, there was another congressperson that said he was going to put out a Resolution in the House. But I forget who.Anyway?

1. I Was Against The Move-On Censure And Against This As Well

One of the most valuable freedoms that still remains is freedom of speech...even if it's hatred or stupid, when you start passing resolutions you're starting down a slippery slope. There's probably no on here who despises Rushbo more than I do...he cost me a job...but wasting time on this makes Democrats look as silly and petty as Repugnicans.

I'd far prefer that his words are repeated and publicized...just like his Michael J. Fox sliming was...cause that helped us win the Senate. Let this scumbag hang himself...just give him the rope. If anyone should be "censured", it should be Mark Mays of Cheap Channel who signs his paycheck and has turned our public airwaves into a cesspool of hatred and intolerance.

3. Two Wrongs Aren't Right

I'd prefer a payback at the ballot box and the pocketbook. Why give oxyboy a chance to be a "victim" (which the corporate media is sure to portray him)...look how the MoveOn censure turned into lots of donations. Hell, I made several donations during the past couple weeks and glad they have put on more spots. A censure isn't gonna yank this asshat off the air and may even pump up his ratings with those who want to hear what he says next. Let's be a little smarter here and just let his words speak for themselves and just keep hammering him...just like what's happening with O'Reilly. Nothing would make me feel better than to see this gasbag become irrelevant.
