Does CBS have any monetary gains by doing long stories on Thomas and Greenspan? |
Sixty Minutes has done long stories just before books by Justince Clarence Thomas and Ex-Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan came out. Both profiles put both Thomas and Greenspan in a mostly positive light and didn't ask hard questions of either. Does CBS have a financial interest in their books?

3. HarperCollins is owned by News Corp, not CBS. |
Greenspan's book was published by Penguin -- no CBS ownership either.
