I was flipping through the channels and turned to CNN where I saw the ending of a story about a new documentary that may be coming out soon. There seems to be a new documentary that will come out that is claiming that colleges are closed minded to conservatives or right leaning students. In my opinion colleges are very opened minded, but Republicans cannot take being criticized. The Republicans for some reason think that everyone is supposed to agree with them when they speak. It seems that they take disagreement as being closed minded. When ever you here people like Ann Coulter and other right wingers talk about college campuses they never say they were not allowed to say what they wanted; they just always complain about people either booing them or disagreeing with them. When Democrats say things and people disagree with them or boo them, Democrats seem to just accept that people will disagree with them. As a result, I think colleges are very opened minded, but conservatives want people to just agree with them without questioning them. It is as if Republicans think people are just supposed to knod their head in agreement with them. So, what do others think?

2. Well, there's more than just 'disagreement' going on |

Some people have been shouted down, had pies thrown in their faces, etc. Just because someone has been given a platform, if someone is interfering with their right to speak, I'd say there is some closemindedness going on.
