That famous 49% was one out-lying Gallup poll number that Karl Rove cited to make trouble. (And is an old number, at this point.) She's actually fairly popular nationally.
If you don't like her, that's cool. She's gross. There's little reason to LIKE her.
But the idea she is unelectable is manufactured RW propoganda, subsequently recycled by competing Dem candidates. (Fair enough. They are trying to win too.)

Here are the four other recent national RV polls that Kerl Rove hasn't mentioned. Notice that her negatives in these four are are 39, 39, 39 and 36. That's a pretty tight cluster, so it seems likely those four are more reliable than the one 48 in that mix. I don't know why Gallup generates higher negatives, but their numbers are WAY different than other national polling.
