2. Clinton built an economy that helped everyone

I recall working as a volunteer at his speech when he announced it, had researched it and knew it would work. It was not trickle down, in fact, it was the act that created the Earned Income Tax Credit to reduce the burden on low income people. It created a lot of jobs, reduced the deficit and revitalized the economy.
