Why has the Senate wasted time and energy on Limbaugh?
Seriously, what good does this do?

Honestly, do you think anyone who currently supports Limbaugh is going to change their mind because of this?

Isn't this more than a little like the recent condemnation of Moveon.org?

Aren't we sick of waiting around and bitching and playing gotcha with obnoxious soundbites?

1. I have absolutely no problem with our side finally speaking up. The only way to handle cowards.

13. When tax dollars support his show, that's exactly where a discussion should occur.
Sorry about your guy, he used to be untouchable, no?

Who else has fans that trumpet their lack of free thought by proudly calling themselves "dittoheads"? MKJ

2. He needs to be removed from AFN
When I was stationed in Japan that fucker was on the radio every single day. That's bullshit, and getting him off AFN is an important thing for all our troops.

4. I agree.
The Moveon vote was stupid and even acknowledging Limpballs is a waste. He always has said inflammatory things, and always will. Don't give him the free publicity or credibility.

I don't want to see the Senate get to be a place of supporting and condemning people's right to speak. And, it makes the Dems look like johnny-come-latelys. Why try to answer their childish acts with new childish acts. Ignore the Reich Wing Spinmiesters and frame the important issues in Our favor.

It's about frigging time that they stood up against the rush asshole's!

I want a resolution passed against rush and his ilk!! :grr: It doesn't take that long at all.

10. Payback for “betray us” resolution.
The democrats in congress realizing their error with that stupid vote on the “betray us” ad are trying to make up for it by calling out Limpbrain.

11. Wow. That's terrible
All it seems to me is that government is getting used to the idea of trying to shut people up.

14. It's all an illusion
One that is designed to keep we the people fooled into thinking that our Congress is actually doing something, meanwhile, they are continuing to pump the war up with money and have no plans on ending it anytime soon.

Bread and circuses, except they aren't giving us the bread. Keep the sheeple busy and worked up over the dueling Limbaugh resolutions, and they won't notice had badly the public is getting screwed, and how we're drifting ever closer to an Iranian war and an economic collapse(but look at the Dow:eyes:)

16. I don't know why they're messing around.
They should just cut the funding for Rush's show on AFN and be done with it. He's a worthless lying piece of shit.
