Ron Paul palatable to you? A challenge, then: |
|
Since I'm assuming whatever support he has here is based almost exclusively on his being anti-Iraq war, answer me this, if you would:
Just how does he propose getting us out of there, especially if he would manage to be elected, BOTH parties in Congress would be pretty damn pissed at him? Hmm?

As commander in chief he can pick up the phone, call the fruit-salad folks at the pentagon and say: 'get us out of Iraq as fast as you can'. Job done.

2. Paul is right on the war, far right on anything else |
|
I'd love to see him get the nomination (dream on), if only because absurdity of having the GOP candidate be more anti-war than the Dem nominee, but Paul is a right-wing racist freak on all other issues.

Dead on. If he appeals to someone here it's only because they've never heard what else the loon has to say.
Scary Ayn Rand kind of shit...

5. Yes sure he's pretty vile on other issues. |
|
But the question was about what he could do to end the war.
