Is the whole Iraq fiasco ultimately about China?
And that is why the democrats have been less than mediocre in their non-support of the war in Iraq?

Is it because, behind the scenes, the Dems really do support this war because its a back door hedge against China's control of US debt?

I'm just asking....

1. If so, I wish they'd tell us.
I get sick of trying to decipher and understand the actions of secret decisions. We are intelligent, capable people. If they told us their true intentions, we could say, "Ok, that is a bunch of shit, you gotta go."

2. We're going to use Iran to threaten/punish China (we asked them how would
they like to be without oil for a month or more)

3. Yes and no.
It actually comes down to one of the more simple and obvious reasons: the Middle East has a large supply of a natural resource that the US is addicted to, and that China is beginning to have a rapidly increasing demand for.

4. I didn't think we had a debt with China when this war started
I remember the $ clock in times square, showing our national debt.
We were in the BLACK!!
If China wanted to cash their loans in,We owe them so much, we would have a new flag flying over us!

5. No question
about it: the debt is a negative thing. Yet control of an oil supply is power in a world that runs on it.

6. I believe that we actually owe Japan more than we owe to China.
While the US has the largest external debt (money owed to other countries) in the world at about $10 trillion, Great Britain is not far behind at $8 trillion, Germany at $4 trillion, France at $3.5 trillion, and the Netherlands at $1.9 trillion. All those countries have the disadvantage of being much smaller than the US, so that they owe from 1.5 to 4.8 times as much per capita compared to US citizens.
