I'll have to google that, I don't know what it means and how he can take it to the floor. It's not like a discharge petition, so what's the barrier? You'd think that congress people would be tripping over themselves with priveleged resolutions if they were so simple to get to the floor.

isn't going to happen regardless of who brings it. Talking about it is the point, at least to me. Keep it in the news (as much as the M$M will allow if any) keep people talking about it. Those that are not really paying attention might sit up and wonder why they were talking impeachment. Too many aren't aware of some of *'s crimes.
