I have two business partners. Both women. Wonderful women. "Like family" women. I can really relate to how you're feeling. The younger of the two had cancer surgery just a few years ago, in her late thirties.

She is a tiny, beautiful woman with the heart bigger than the sky.

As they were wheeling me into the OR for the mastectomy, I asked the nurse to call Hooters and inform them that I wouldn't be making it in to work that night.

Humor does help a lot sometimes. :)

We knew one another when we both lived in Dallas (maybe 15 years ago). Then she moved away and we lost touch.

I moved to Tiburon five years ago and went out walking down our tiny Main Street the second day I was here.
