Iran says US too tied up to fight
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/7026754.stm

Washington's military commitments to Iraq and Afghanistan would hamstring an attempt to wage war on Iran, the Iranian foreign minister has said.

"Our analysis is clear: US is not in a position to impose another war in our region, against their taxpayers," Manouchehr Mottaki told reporters.

He warned Washington against making such a "mad decision".
snip...
He said information had been received which gave specific details of planned strikes.

I agree we are kinda busy and our military is tired but that doesn't matter to Bush or Cheny
I wouldn't count on it

2. Oh Dude ..do not ever discount
the bushit's lust for bombing..no matter how much blood and treasure they don't have. As long as they have enough airplanes to bomb and fodder to feed the cannons..As long as they don't have to go or any of their little prickly yippie offspring.

4. This administration is not going to war with Iran.
They said so. Repeatedly.

They are, however, likely to use (useable)nukes. I, like Scott Ritter, hate that term. Useable nukes means they WILL use them.

This will likely cause economic collapse and WWIV....but that's another story.

5. Maybe so...But as John Stewart pointed out
Nation building...we're not so good at. But nation destroying we're experts.

on note: I also liked Stewart's "Sir Bombs A-lot" quip.
