An interview with Alberto Gonzales." ...what was right and ...just"
What Alberto Gonzales wants from history.

Q&A: An interview with Alberto Gonzales

Q: How do you want history to remember you - this man who made history as the nation's first Hispanic attorney general?

A: As someone who did the best he could, based on what was right and what was just. I think that's the most that anyone can hope for.

What Alberto Gonzales enacted as attorney general.

"A few months later, the White House installed a new attorney general, Alberto R. Gonzales, who oversaw what amounted to a reissuing of the Yoo opinion - in secret, until its existence was revealed yesterday in The New York Times. Within a year, when Congress was preparing to outlaw "cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment" of prisoners, the Justice Department issued yet another secret opinion, declaring that torture isn't torture, at least the way U.S. interrogators practice it."

What Alberto Gonzales requested as legal Counsel to Bush.

Memorandrom for Alberto Gonzales Counsel to the President

1. Gonzales is such a nasty little man......
This is the guy who used to make lists for Bush of the folks on death row and why they should be executed without clemency.

3. Beyond nasty
I knew someone who he himself referred often as his mentor - she is turning in her grave having watched her protege in action.

He is beyond nasty. He is simply evil.
