Princess Diana's bodyguard escapes to Iraq (Blackwater agent?)

Diana's bodyguard Trevor Rees Jones, who survived the Paris car crash in which the Princess of Wales was killed alongside her boyfriend Dodi Al-Fayed, has escaped to Iraq to get away from the inquest into her death.

Jones, a key witness to the car crash, has taken a private security job in the war-torn country to avoid appearing at the inquest which opened this month, the 'Sunday Mirror' reported here.

"That Trevor is in Iraq is a measure of how much he wants to be out of the way. He doesn't want to be involved in the inquest at all -- he'd rather be dodging bullets. Trevor thinks enough has been said about what happened to Diana, and I think he's right. He went through a terrible experience and doesn't like to talk about it. It has scarred him for life," one of Jones' friends said.

The 38-year-old former bodyguard is likely to be called to give evidence at the inquest in London's High Court in January.

I wonder if Trevor is on Blackwater's pay list??? "private security job" wouldn't that be BlackWater or are their other Security Forces in Iraq besides

Something is quite fishy as we say
Is trevor hiding under Bush & Cheney & Condi's troops to escape the Inquest

5. It doesn't take a conspiracy wacko to think this smells fishy.
The guy would rather GO TO IRAQ than answer questions?
That's not the behavior of a man with nothing to hide.

7. No. I have no reason to believe they even know which one it is.
These companies don't exactly announce who they hire from the rooftops. So no, not amazing. If he didn't tell anyone exactly which company it was, no one finds out until the right person blabs to the media (it could happen, but it'd be very non-merc-ish) or they read the letterhead of the next-of-kin letter.

13. News flash: Not all security firms in Iraq work for the US government.
Just so you know. I don't really care about the Diana inquest so I'll leave it at that. If it's that important to drag the guy home in chains, let someone do it.

8. Heres the article in the Sunday Mirror
http://www.sundaymirror.co.uk/news/dailynews/2007/10/06/princess-diana-guard-s-iraq-escape-89520-19906373/

A friend added: "That Trevor is in Iraq is a measure of how much he wants to be out of the way.

"He doesn't want to be involved in the inquest at all - he'd rather be dodging bullets.

"Trevor thinks enough has been said about what happened to Diana, and I think he's right.

"He went through a terrible experience and doesn't like to talk about it. It has scarred him for life."

Rees, 38, is still expected to be called to give evidence at the inquest in London's High Court.

But as he will be one of the last witnesses it is likely he would not have to appear until December or early January.

You know for a guy who wrote a book The Bodyguard's Story,
He doesn't want to talk about it much as well as Thanh the paparozzi photographer and others now that the inquest is going on
Everybody doesn't want to talk about it

18. tony blair plotted to murder a million innocent people!
btw, who is this upper class 'jones' twit? What (wot) did he do? Who was that 'Princess Di'? What did she do? Did blair murder them too, or try to, in the case of the crippled uc twit?
They should hold an inquest into the deaths of those million people!
(an 'expert' on brit ss mi6 said, in an interview after the imbroglio over the Dr. David Kelly 'suicide' nyuk nyuk when blair exposed Kelly as source of the 'sexed up' info re Iraqi wmd which justified blairbush's destruction of Iraq- the 'expert said '99 percent' of what the Secret Services like cia/kgb/mi6 do involves mass media; fabricating, hiding, promoting or ignoring stuff, in order to tie up the media in way the rulers want etc)
esp when it's the national enquirer people should suspect that blair's giggling in the background
