3. It is being advertised in the left pane of the discussion page. |
|
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/It seems to pop up randomly in rotation with other ads, though.

Of course, I have a Charles DeGaulle nutcraker we bought in Paris during the Sixties where you crack the nut in the rather large open mouth of le grand Charles.

8. If someone made a nutcracker out of *my* visage I'd be proud! |
|
It would mean I was being effective and doing something right! Something to aspire towards!

Nice bit of Clinton bashing. Geese, it's just a nutcracker, how does that mean she's sexist?

11. What's sexist is having a woman crack a man's nuts |
|
It's a stereotype that many women and men don't find amusing. It's like the old mother-in-law jokes. If you laugh, you are agreeing to the stereotype. If you don't laugh, then you can't take a joke. It's demeaning no matter how you respond.

but not so much so that I really thought about it until reading these posts. I guess I'm so used to this kind of thing. That's kinda sad.
What I don't get is why people refer to Hillary as "ball-buster" in the first place. What did she ever do to her husband that indicates she's that way? He's the one who screwed her over. And she's a nutcracker? What am I not getting?
