I just wish all of this crap would end
I am so sick of candidates and the lack of real news . I am sick of war and deaths and the lies telling us how great this economy is , what the hell are these freaks talking about when most people can see with their own eyes and wallets that this is just not so . I have no trust in any politician no matter what side they stand on , they all lie and tell you what they feel you want to hear .

I am sick of wondering if or when some fool will decide it's time to attack Iran . Hearing we will be in Iraq for at least 10 years sucks even more hope away .

I am even sick of the terms bloggers the blogs .

I am sick of the religious section being in the front lines where they used to just keep their ideals in their home or church .

Every day there is more news of death or scandle which leaves me feeling worn out , who do you trust .

As this earth revolves it seems more and more of the good flies off while here we are each day with one story quickly taking over from the one before , everything goes down the memory hole , even the past now to me seems to fade from memory .

We are living a lie in an illusion with no end in sight .

1. Oh, it will end someday
but whether we have another dark age in the meantime is the $64,000 question.

I'm just as sick of it as you, but what makes me sicker is how BLIND people are. Can they really NOT SEE IT?

3.  That's what worries me .
We may very well end up in the dark ages .

Without talking to people much these days , I look around here and no one seems like they feel anything is wrong , this is the scary part , i don't think most people are aware of much than their own personal day to day lifes . If they are it certainly does not show .

Even when we attacked Iraq when I was around people they were more interested it the latest products on the market , I felt completely alone . Katrina was the same mindset , sort of the un-spoken word .

It is a consumer driven blind society from what I can see .

4.  And this is a horrible feeling
I wonder most days , what is the point , what is there to look forward to in this screwed up modern global world we are supposed to just accept as if this is some sort of normal condition . I don't know what normal is but this is not it , that's for certain .

6. I certainly can relate but don't give up man...
I think that would thrill these freaks to the core if they could do all this without opposition.

Look at the 20% schmucks. They would sell every damn right they have just to know a brown person is being slaughtered.

I really believe that is their trip!? Or partially...

5. there was more than a smidgen of hope today IMHO. . .

Consider breathing that hope in and taking it into your heart even though the moment has passed.

There are simply far more of us than them.

Truth wins out over time.

Oppressive imperialistic regimes always fall to the same ends as they have throughout recorded history.

That would be by their own hubris.

7.  My favorite Lennon song at one time was
Across the Universe , with the line "nothings going to change my world " .

It's to painful now to go back .
