We predicted this would happen again, remember?

i still cannot talk about it. andy and i went through treatments crying together one the phone. toward the end of his life, after the surgery, i had gotten to the point where i was going to nail these bastards. i actually developed enough to go to the FBI, but for some strange reason, they did not think this was stalking. i wonder just how much DOJ political appointments and criminality influenced that decision. but the key players fighting for Andy know what the evidence is, we know who did it, how they paid for it, and one day it will be my pleasure to visit them behind bars with a smirk on my face and a middle finger in the air.

as ugly as their mind's are, they were the usual stupid idiots who made the simplest mistakes that led us right to who they are. but i cannot leave you all in suspense (and certainly not these psychos who are likely sifting through their criminal glories mentioned anywhere and everywhere). look toward the Perot campaign, the credit cards used were the half-wits that this bunch lured into paying for various thing. and when i say half-wits, i don't mean jokingly, but quite literally, half-wits. the guys behind this, and there are several of them, let us say retired, had done some work during the Perot campaign, against Perot. their tools may not know this, but does a tool ever know who their master is? in any case, i know who the tools are too. sorry to leave you with so little, but until we have a good old fashioned exorcism at the DOJ, this story and the evidence have to be on the Q T. but should you wish to go after this yourselves, there is plenty of open source clues as to who these people are and taken in context with what i have just told you, it should make narrowing them down a whole lot easier.

You keep referring to Bush's right wing -- are you talking about right-wing hate sites such as FR? I'm a little fuzzy on that part. I know a lot of people were really pissed at Bev Harris for some reason and blame her for Andy's treatment delay. Did she have something to do with all this?

I think that they are probably managed by Karl Rove's shop in the White House. How did Jeff Gannon get permission to spend dozens of nights at the White House? What was he doing there and who was he with? And why is this allowed to be called "journalism?"

The examples go on and on.

Remember when Hillary Clinton said that there was a "vast right-wing conspiracy" and everybody laughed at her? Well, I believe her now. There really is a right-wing conspiracy and its funding and reach are vast. It put George W. Bush in the White House twice without the votes, and it made sure that the U.S invaded Iraq and suspended habeus corpus.

and find out if they can obtain when/how/why his surgery was delayed. They should make clear- in writing, if possible- that this is not not NOT in preparation for a lawsuit. They should also contact the sites that were used to raise funds, and find out who/what/why on their end of the equation (again, stressing there is no possible suit involved).

Done properly, this could sink that cesspool rimjob runs. His users were involved; I don't recall them being banned from there.

The slat of any appearance of any story on this should be along the lines of "did conservatives help a cancer patient into his grave? Details at 11" or some such.

I posted links to summaries here on DU in my comments on a Daily Kos diary on the kid that gave the address, and people over there were duly shocked. I don't think Andy's story ever made it over there as a diary, but in light of the treatment this kid received, it would make a rather sickening companion story.

Call Rolling Stone. It seems this story would fit right in with their kind of coverage (not at all an insult in any way).

Andy's surgery was delayed because Paypal froze his account because freeps called in and alleged fraud. That's what happened. I know because the morning we were to make the money transfer, Andy called me in a complete panic. And then, I called Paypal. And I spent the next 24 hours begging the hospital not to delay the surgery. And I failed.

I think we should respect Termite's privacy and ditto for the rest of Andy's family. They've been through too much already.

But this pattern of smearing and stalking can be exposed without violating that privacy, imho.

...I have written about Andy as well over at Kos and other places. Every time I relate what those ...freepers did and how (IMO) it contributed to his death by delaying his treatments, I get incredulous reactions ~ like nobody could be that crass ...

I worry sometimes about freedom of speech being smothered because of those, those ... disgusting representatives of human beings (if they ARE humans)stalked such wonderful people as Andy.
