The President of the United States shares the prestigious award with Blackwater for "creative destruction". The prize wil be handed out at the Hague as soon as possible.

It goes to those who vociferously proclaim we are being attacked(by Iran) while denouncing the pacifists for being unpatriotic and further endangering the country(not supporting the troops).
It was reported that Dick Cheney, a multi-award winner of the Goering Award, was gracious in his defeat for this coveted award.
